Australian Leader had the pleasure of working with Knight Frank Australia to deliver external maintenance works at Gateway Business Park. Project works required specialised consideration of the surrounding external environment to create minimal disruption whilst achieving a high quality project. Swinging stages were utilised to ensure a quality finish was achieved without any patches or quality concerns regarding the coatings to external surfaces. As main contractor, Australian Leader worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of all on site. This involved careful collaboration with telecommunications providers to ensure appropriate antennas and voltage points were switched off as required which allowed for an efficient program with excellent results.
